Orchard Park Batam is a new development project in Batam Island, Riau, Indonesia. With its pre-launch on 02-September 2013 to test the water, the first phase of houses at Orchard Park Batam have price list from 700 million rupiah to 2,5 billion rupiah. Right now it already open for public to get their registration number to give privilege to enter the official launch of this Batam Orchard Park.
As per this September 2013, it already open for public for the 1st cluster Vitis Estate and Orchard Walk shop house.
